SUSTAINABLE LIVING POP-UP
This year Taste of Melbourne are introducing – Sustainable Living. This NEW feature will be hosted by Dirty Girl Kitchens and aims to shed light on sustainable practices. Learn from the people in ‘the know’ including chefs such as Matt Wilkinson and Darren Robertson, cooks, producers and academics as they pass on their words of wisdom and teach hands-on invaluable skills.
Central to the Sustainable Living Garden will be a rotating pop-up restaurant featuring a different restaurant each day. Confirmed so far is Matt Wilkinson’s Bishop of Ostia & Pope Joan on Saturday 17th November and Darren Robertson’s Three Blue Ducks on Sunday 18th November.
