Saint Peter’s: Maurice Esposito has cooked in Melbourne, Sydney, London, Tokyo, New York, Florence and settled in his home town of Melbourne with his young family in 2001. He ran kitchens for others (at St Kilda’s Stokehouse & Il Bacaro in Melbourne CBD) until he opened Esposito@Toofeys in 2007, a seafood restaurant in Carlton. He then found a site down a laneway in Melbourne CBD and turned it into Saint Peter’s Restaurant and Bar.
