Taste of Melbourne will once again be welcoming the city's finest restaurants and chefs for a four day festival of food at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton.

NEW FOR 2011: The Made Establishment Group Private Dining Experience - Tickets on sale now!

The Made Establishment Group reveals a new gastronomic sensation for Taste of Melbourne 2011. The seven restaurants in the group – The Press Club, Maha, Hellenic Republic, St Katherine’s, PM 24, Little Press and Cellar and the soon to be opened, Mama Baba have banded together to offer a degustation menu with a difference – a 30 minute taste bud tantalizer featuring one signature dish from each restaurant served with selected wines.

In an event first, guests can enjoy a bespoke menu created by each of the Group’s award winning restaurants within a specially designed private enclosure at Taste of Melbourne. Tickets for this once in a lifetime private dining experience cost $70 and are now on sale, seats are strictly limited and will be much sought after so click here to book early and ensure your place at the table!
