Taste of Melbourne 2012 will open amid great fanfare with our VIP Gala Night on Thursday 15th November in the Laurent-Perrier VIP Lounge. Making its Australian debut in Melbourne, the Best in Taste Awards will honour the top signature dishes of the festival.
A crack panel of Melbourne’s most formidable food writers will be joined by our international guest chef for 2012, Nuno Mendes of Viajante fame, to eat their way around our stellar restaurant line-up and crown one dish the sought-after title of ’Best in Taste 2012′.
