Malaysia Kitchen will take you on a journey of discovery, giving you a true taste of delicious Malaysian cuisine and culture. Bringing together culinary influences from native Malay, Chinese and Indian cooking, it offers an exquisite melting-pot of flavours – from rendang and satay to nasi lemak and tea narik.

Don’t miss MasterChef favourite, host of Poh’s Kitchen and Malaysia cuisine aficionado, Poh Ling Yeow, cooking up a storm on the Malaysia Kitchen cooking demonstration and cultural stage on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 November, and enjoy live traditional Malaysian performances throughout the event.
