DILMAH CHEF’S SKILLERY

All new for 2012, the Dilmah Chef’s Skillery in association with Australian Gourmet Traveller builds on the success of the Chef’s Table from 2011.  The Dilmah Chef’s Skillery will feature a super line-up of chefs who will each bring a unique skill to the table to demonstrate for guests from filleting a fish to honing your knife skills.  Plus visitors will get the chance to put burning questions to these culinary masters during an intimate Q&A session at this exciting feature.

Visitors will have a chance to get up close and personal with the Taste chefs asking the culinary experts everything from how to ‘grow your own’ and how to ‘host the perfect dinner party’ to the hot new trends in the foodie world as well as hearing the chefs share stories of some of their most mouth-watering dining experiences.
