Justine Schofield will be running a ‘Breakfast Brunch‘ demo in association with Berri Australian Grown from the Bertolli Taste Kitchen at this years festival.

Justine Schofield, a favourite of the first series of MasterChef Australia, is the poster girl for a new ‘running in heels’ generation of women: intelligent, capable and sassy.  Her French mother ignited a passion for French cuisine, whilst her Australian father instilled in her a ‘roll up your sleeves and get stuck in’ attitude. Cooking is her number one passion where her love for tradition and the new comes out shining in every epicurean delight she demonstrates. Added to her undeniable sense of adventure this means, Justine brings a certain une petite je ne sais quoi (a little something different) to everything she does.

Justine now hosts her own TV show, Everyday Gourmet on Network 10 and has also recently been on our screens again as a member of MasterChef All Stars Series that aired in July.
