The Dilmah Chef’s Skillery presented by SBS Feast Magazine will feature a super line-up of local chefs who will each bring a unique skill to the table. Take a seat at one of the many skillery sessions and learn everything from how to fillet a fish, successfully pair flavours or perfect your knife skills. Chefs and food experts will offer their views on the world of food, discussing current topics such as sustainability, paddock to plate and the science of cooking as well as sharing stories of their own personal food journey. Visitors will get the chance to put burning questions to these culinary masters during an intimate Q&A session. The Dilmah Chef’s Skillery is free to attend, with skillery sessions running throughout the duration of the event.
